Terms and Conditions for Vinyl Academy Training Session Bookings

  1. Booking and Payment
    • All training sessions must be booked in advance.
    • A deposit of £100 minimum is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
    • Final payment is due 14 days before the session unless otherwise agreed.
    • Payments are non-refundable except under the cancellation terms stated below.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the session will NOT be eligible for a refund of their deposit but may be rescheduled at the discretion of the business.
    • No-shows without prior notice will NOT be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  3. Participant Responsibilities
    • Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled session.
    • Any special requirements (e.g., medical conditions, accessibility needs, dietary requirements) must be communicated in advance.
    • Participants must adhere to safety instructions and follow the guidance of the trainer at all times.
  4. Liability
    • The business is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during training sessions.
    • Participants take part in training sessions at their own risk.
  5. Changes and Cancellations by the Business
    • The business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In the event of cancellation by the business, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  6. Privacy Policy
    • Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  7. Non-Compete Clause
    • By participating in this training program, you agree not to establish, operate, or become involved in any business that offers services or products similar to those provided by Shades Wraps or The Vinyl Academy within a 15-mile radius of our business location, indefinitely following the completion of your training. This restriction is intended to protect the integrity of our business, safeguard the value of the training provided, and prevent direct competition in our local market.
